Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jkw88 Account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or otherwise related accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, same payment method, or same household — is strictly prohibited. jkw88 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, jkw88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets placed or bonuses claimed across those accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and active Indonesian mobile number. You are required to keep this information up to date. jkw88 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jkw88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jkw88 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].
jkw88 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance within it to any third party. Accounts found to have been transferred or sold will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
jkw88 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, and reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. KYC verification is a one-time process and, once completed, does not need to be repeated unless your documentation has expired or your personal details have changed.

jkw88 is committed to processing withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Members within a target timeframe of under five (5) minutes for standard requests via local bank transfer and e-wallet. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, national public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Christmas, and Nyepi), or where additional compliance checks are required. jkw88 does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party banking or payment systems.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jkw88 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including bank accounts or e-wallets belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Requests that do not satisfy this requirement will be declined and may trigger a compliance review of the Member's account.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are legally held and controlled by the Member. jkw88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit and close the Member's account if there is reasonable suspicion that a deposit was made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unlawfully obtained funds. In such cases, jkw88 will cooperate fully with relevant Indonesian authorities and international regulatory bodies.
jkw88 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around Indonesian events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are set out in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a Return to Player (RTP) of 97% or above, or on certain table games and live casino titles, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward satisfying the Wagering Requirement.
jkw88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any Member found to be abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using low-risk betting strategies designed to arbitrage bonus funds; collusion between Members to satisfy wagering requirements; and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
jkw88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have not yet been activated will expire at the end of the promotional period. Bonus credits that have been activated but whose Wagering Requirement has not yet been satisfied may be removed from a Member's account in the event that the promotion is discontinued, subject to jkw88's reasonable discretion.
All bets placed on the jkw88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. jkw88 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed after the event outcome was known; the odds or pricing displayed were the result of a manifest error; or the bet size exceeds the maximum stake limit for the relevant market.
In the event that jkw88 displays manifestly incorrect odds, lines, payouts, or game results due to a technical or human error, jkw88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the staked amounts to the Members' accounts. jkw88 will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a manifest error.
jkw88 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting event. Games and markets may be temporarily or permanently withdrawn from the Platform without notice, including due to licensing changes, technical issues, game-studio contractual requirements, or force majeure events.

jkw88 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jkw88 does not sell personal data to third parties and processes data only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
jkw88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members where practicable via the Platform or registered email. jkw88 shall not be liable for any loss — including loss of winnings, data, or opportunity — arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkw88's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jkw88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jkw88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jkw88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay is caused by a Force Majeure event, including any disruption to Indonesian banking infrastructure, internet services, or government-imposed restrictions affecting the Platform.
You may close your jkw88 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credits that have not satisfied their Wagering Requirement) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
jkw88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager has been recorded for twelve (12) consecutive months. jkw88 will provide at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee or initiating closure of an inactive account. Any inactivity fee applied will not reduce the account balance below zero.

Where changes are material, jkw88 will provide Members with at least seven (7) days' notice via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jkw88 holds its international gaming licence.
